Description
Our Recipe:
1 medium onion, chopped,
2 garlic cloves, crushed
450g minced beef (or desired substitue)
400g chopped tomatoes
150g tomato puree
125 ml water
125 ml red wine
In a pan or heavy pot lightly brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add and brown beef mince over medium heat, stirring often. Stir in Bolognese Sauce Seasoning Blend, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, water and red wine. Simmer together covered on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf and serve over spaghetti or mix into your favourite pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese!
