Our Recipe:
Use as a dry rub on chicken fillets, salmon fillets, swordfish, pork chops or lamb steaks.
Flatten chicken fillets, chops or steaks with a meat mallet/tenderizer. Thoroughly mix rub and spread onto a plate. Coat fish, chicken, chops or steaks with Cajun Seasoning Rub. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in heavy skillet until very hot. Pan fry fish, chicken or steaks 3 minutes each side and chops 4-5 minutes each side until done.
Cajun Salmon or chicken is delicious served in a Caesar salad (Cos lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing).
